Store Policy
Love That Gem Jewelry Shop offers the following Returns Policy: If a piece of jewelry is not as described, please contact us upon receiving the piece to let us know there is a problem. We only sell one piece, one size and will give you the best-detailed description possible. Please send us any questions you may have about a piece before you purchase it. Because jewelry can be altered, refunds will only be given in the form of a store credit and after you contact us and we approve the return. We must receive the item within 5 days. in original packing. Shipping & handling will not be refunded. Only if item is not as described or misrepresented will a refund of money, in the method of payment be returned. Insurance is required on all pieces shipped to protect both the Buyer and Seller in case it is damaged or lost in shipping by the USPS.
